If you’ve received notification from HCTF that your project has been approved in principal for the 2015-16 year, your organization will be required to enter into a Conditional Grant Agreement with HCTF. These agreements will be mailed out in the coming weeks. If you would like to review a sample agreement in advance, one is available here. Note that this is a general template, and specific terms and clauses may vary based on the project. Additional information on Conditional Grant Agreements is available here. Please be advised that HCTF makes revisions to our Conditional Grant Agreements on an annual basis, so it is important to always review the full agreement (even if you have signed HCTF agreements in the past).
