Conservation succeeds when communities get involved. Across B.C., volunteers contribute thousands of hours each year restoring streams, improving wildlife habitat, and helping monitor species. Happy Canada Day! 🍁🇨🇦 Today, we're celebrating the incredible landscapes, wildlife, and wild places that make Canada so special. From towering mountains and forests to winding rivers, wetlands, and coastlines, we're lucky to call some truly remarkable natural spaces home. These places have been cared for by Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial, and we recognize and respect their enduring connection to the land. Together, we can continue to protect and care for the habitats that sustain wildlife and inspire future generations. Here's to celebrating Canada and helping keep it wild for generations to come. Happy Canada Day! ❤️ 📸 4-717
